It commenced business shortly after incorporation and has its head office at Suite E68, Ikota Shopping Complex, VGC, Lekki Peninsula, Lagos State and has since established another branch at the site office ,Mowe, Ogun state. The Business of Pentagon The housing deficit in Nigeria is presently estimated at between 12-16 million housing units while current home ownership rate in the country is estimated at 10%. When compared to the home ownership rate of 69% in the US and 92% in Singapore ,it becomes very obvious that there is an urgent need to take some positive steps towards the provision of houses for the teeming population of Nigeria. So far all efforts of both the Federal and State Governments towards addressing this problem have proved grossly inadequate. In the same vein the aggregate effort of the private sector players in the real estate industry still remains like a drop in the ocean as this is yet to make an effective impact in solving the problem of providing habitable houses for the average Nigerian.
It is against this background that the company’s fundamental objective of providing affordable houses in an excellent environment was embarked upon.
